Ezequiel Scagnetti splits his time between Buenos Aires and Montevideo, attending simultaneously to his clients’ needs on both sides of the Río de la Plata.
He began his career as a photographer in 1994, in Argentina, where his photos were published in both regional and national newspapers. In 2002, he set out to establish himself in Europe.
It was then Europe’s vibrant institutional, cultural and business hub in Brussels that he chose as his base from 2003 onwards. During these 15 years Ezequiel Scagnetti has collaborated with international photo agencies, such as Reuters, Associated Press and Reporters, among others. He has traveled to over 70 countries on a wide-range of projects, including photo reports for the European and American press, as chief photographer accompanying the European Union electoral observation missions (East Timor, Mali, Paraguay, Tunisia, Sudan, and Tanzania), as well as on his own creative explorations.
He comes back to Argentina in 2018, where he develops corporate and editorial photographic projects. He is trained in the latest photography, video-production and editing technologies. He also has experience managing projects and client relations in Spanish, French and English.
